I was checking out the live demo available from the site. I must say that this is truly something I am interested in implementing into my E-Store. It has many tools and features not offered by hosted support services. I will review again once I have implemented it into my site.

A good product, IF you can use it. There's a limitation that they don't tell you until you purchase. Make sure that you have MS SQL 2000 Server, or you will take a severe performance hit at only 10 simultaneous user connections. If you purchase, then discover this, they WILL NOT refund your money. Here's the quote from their support staff...
"Microsoft states that the number of simultaneous requests for MS Access is 255 compared to 65535 of SQL Server. Which means that more than 255 simultaneous hits to the database (as can occur when tracking users) will not work properly and turn the application slow (however in our experience, more that 10 simultaneous hits are enough to make the database real slow)."

I think it should be obvious if you are running something like this against an Access database that it would not perform well with lots of users.

Having said that. This is a great product and very easy to use. These guys have some really good stuff at great prices!

This is a fantastic application at an incredible low price!

I have seen many similar ones with prices up to US$6500, these people know how make great software and make it available to anyone!
