Buyer Beware ! No Support Rude Emails

I purchased bidflux version 2.00 at the cost of $349.00 back in January I was selected as a beta tester by the author Joel. This allowed me and a select few to have the software before anyone else we then went on to test and report bugs (please bear in mind we all paid the full retail price). Plenty were found many just broken links to be fair he has since stated these bugs were fixed yet I still have no updates despite emailing and sending PM’S to Joel on the bidflux forum I then posted a support request in the support forum, which to my amazement was deleted and so I posted another request this time for a refund as he had ignored my communications for some time this to was deleted, but a pm arrived saying he could not have that sort of thing posted on his forum? I paid $349.00 I think I am entitled to some support. I tried posting back in the customer support forum after several more un answered communications but he had banned my account and now chooses to manually approve registrations.
I would like to warn anyone thinking of buying this software that although on his website it says version 2.00 is ready and is being sold, it still has some major bugs and comes with no support at all, in fact the best you will get out of him is a rude email blaming you for his software not functioning properly.

I still have no refund or updates / fixes and it looks very unlikely I will get any. I have set up the area in the forum for other bidflux customers that have been treated in the same way I know there are quite a few very unsatisfied customers.
