I am trying out this product now. I was looking for a mailing list manager combined with an autoresponder system to send multiple responses days after the subscriber joins or the customer knocks at the door. Supports html/text messages. I didn't see support for other languages, although it does support about all character sets (even Chinese). At a glance, a pretty robust offering.
