When a user comes to your site and buys a Bubble, it is put on the last line of the list and his link and banner will be displayed in the list until he gets the burst amount of his spend back. Each time a new Bubble is bought, the first bubble of the List is burst if enough money have been collected to get the burst amount of the spend back. If it is not the case, then the list will not change and will wait to have enough to be able to burst the first Bubble.
