Customer Helpdesk is another revolutionary product from Comdev which provides support for your customers with traceable communications through support ticket. Key features includes manageable tickets, support products, fields and departments. You can create multiple departments to handle tickets and allocate tickets for different departments. Tickets can be posted according to deparments, support products and services. CAPTCHA can be enabled to prevent spam on your support forms. Email notification will be sent to admin, department users/agents of new tickets posted by the public. The tickets can be displayed according to priority set. You can also set tickets type as 'Standard', 'Archived', or 'Flagged', 'Yes' or 'No', 'New', 'Open' or 'Closed'. There is a wide range of search criterias to list out tickets. Replying tickets has never been easier by using the canned messages for various departments. As an admin, you can assign agents to access tickets and post reply at front end. There is also the 'Auto Email Piping' feature, where you can download and save all the email replies to your message history. You can also upload file attachments and have the Customer Helpdesk be integrate with Comdev FAQ Support. You can also directly forward support tickets to knowledgebase. There is also the Time Zone settings and Pre-define Front-end CSS in the backend for you to customize according to your site.
