It is available with either up down controls for the month/year or drop downs and input boxes. The Calendar auto hides when the mouse is not over it, this can be switched on/off and the delay time is customisable too.

I'm not a programmer nor professional web developer, but I occasionally work on little site building / programming projects for work, and this script was extremely easy to introduce into my web forms, and works great. Took maybe 10 minutes to stick it into a page the first time. Also doesn't take long to load like some of the other calendar scripts I looked at.
