well, the problem with this code is that it causes the mouse and page elements to flicker. if thats ok....well then i would say you're not a conniseur of web design.

For those who said how do I do it only once? Either make a seperate file or use cookies.

For he who said that the fact that is makes the page flicker is bad: It's a refresh operation, smart guy, that's what happens. It's reloading things, of course they flicker.

All in all, not bad at all.

To refresh a page once each time it opens use:

inbetween your tags instead of relying on JS here.

I think the above code is good for what it is designed to do.
