Dr. Snap's new 3D PHP File Form-Mailer is packed with goodies. Powered by a unique lightweight combination of PHP and Javascript, it allows your visitors to send you files, sends an HTML auto-responder, then redirects to any URL of your choice. The form also identifies senders IP address and includes an optional open-source javascript form field checker and first field focus. The HTML auto-responder is also fully customizable!
