phpkb script was easy to setup on our server. We have created several categories and each category contains many questions under them. Everything seems to be working good so far. Administrator Control Panel allows to manage each and every setting of the knowledgebase. WYSIWYG editor is very good. I will suggest all of you to purchase phpkb if you are looking for a Professional Knowledge Base Management system
