GetDate v2.00 is a simple date program written in perl which allows you to display the date in one of six formats on your website. This program is used as a Server Side Include (SSI). GetDate v2.00 has been released under the GNU License.

First, edit the file and choose the format in which you want the date displayed. Then put the file in your cgi-bin, and change the extension of your webpage from .html to .shtml and add the following line in your HTML code:

in the comments for this script, could you pls explicitly specify that the time::localtime will and use POSix don't work together...although only idiots like me forget to comment one out..8-)
